My two and a half year old daughter got sick and began vomiting about 45 minutes after eating the nuggets and fries from a McDonald's Happy Meal. It's been 3 hours since she ate, has vomited three times so far and can't hold down any solids or liquids.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
