I was a passenger in a car that went through the drive thru at around 12am and at around 4am I was violently spewing up and this continued until around 10am iclided in this is raging poo coming from all angles I can't eat nothing the docs said just to drink water

Chicken Meal Illness Symptoms

Had fries and chicken selects (all I had eaten for the day) and then a couple hours later had nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. Have had to miss two days of work.

Fries Cause Severe Symptoms

Got Medium fries at 6pm, Ate one and It tasted odd and sour so I didn't eat any more. Didn't think much of it until 2 hours later I started feeling sick, was having difficulty to breath and my stomach was cramping and then had diarrhea.
