Went to McDonald's the night of December 25th. Had a Sriacha burger, fries and peppermint mocha. I ate around 7 pm and an hour later started having stomach pains and griping. This led to having severe vomiting, chills, fever and diarrhea for over 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
