We both shared 1 small hamburger, never been so sick in our entire lives almost went to the emergency room both of us had severe diarrhea severe vomiting severe dehydration it was a worse than we've ever experienced will never eat at McDonald's again.

Stopped in, grabbed a 20 piece nugget, went home, devoured, 4 hours later and alllllll night non stop diahrea and stomach pains... bummer. That’s what I get I guess.
