Bought food from here last night. The only thing I ate now I have nausea and diarrhea and sweating and complete stomach cramps. This is not the first time this is happened. Last week I ate from the same location and I had the same symptoms a few hours after I ate I would stay away.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

Symptoms started about 4 hrs after McDonald's. Extremely painful bloating, cramping and pressure in upper abdomen with vomiting, diarrhea, cold chills and sweats. Also a lot of belching and the only thing i could taste is the mcdonalds. Even after hrs of vomiting. Went to ER.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Chills, Sweating, Burping
