I have Celiac disease and asked for a McDouble no bun, and explained to them that I have celiac disease, and had a reaction to it. Avoid if you have food allergies.

Food Poisoning, July 28th, Stomach cramping, nausea, bloating, & diarrhea (2 days). My wife and I both had Southwestern Chicken Salads, My wife’s symptoms / issues began Saturday evening and my symptoms started Sunday morning and continued into Tuesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Bloating
