I dont normally stop off or eat at McDonalds but I had an early morning meeting decided to get a breakfast sandwich for McDonalds worse thing ever within a few hours I was totally sick with chills fever Nausea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
