My daughter and I both had egg McMuffins at McDonalds and that night came down with severe cramps and diarrhea.

Salad Triggers Severe Symptoms

After eating the salad I became ill with a headache, body aches diarrhea and in general not feeling well. My upset stomach continued the next day along with the headache and body aches. I was feeling completely fine until I ate this salad.
