It may be water because my wife did not drink tap water and is not sick. Others did.,, Hotel restaurant/ I forget name Mgm grand stayed April 12th to 15th. Three others in my group of 7 also, 5 people. Symptoms started on day 3 of stay  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
