Hot Dog Illness Pair

I believe it was from a hot dog there, which is a place we loved to go to frequently. 1 person got sick and then another person cared for sick person and got ill too. 2 people got sick in total with the same symptoms. The illnesses arose 24 hours apart in both individuals.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
