Steak Fajitas Trigger Illness

I had the steak fajitas and within 20 minutes of eating the fajitas, I had terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea that lasted throughout the night. I still have terrible stomach cramps and a fever today which is ruining my Christmas Eve.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
