Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered 3 build your own pizza's yesterday for my family (June, 11th). I'm the only one that ate the white sauce, grilled chicken, bacon pizza and I've been up all night sick. The nausea started not soon after eating, the first time I vomited was about... 6 hours later, and the cramping and diarrhea weren't far behind. I should have known not to eat it when the chicken tasted slightly off, but it was my first time having their pizza and I wasn't sure if that was normal for them or not. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
Ordered a pizza yesterday (8/16/22) and ended up with food poisoning. Shortly after eating the pizza, I knew something was off. I had the chills, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills

I had a Dillon James with sausage(I don't know if it was plant or real meat) Mod sized, orange soda, sweet tea and an cake. Symptoms began within an hour of eating. I am not immunocompromised and take no medications. My family all ate similar just not... the sausage, cake, or soda and they have no symptoms. Staff were all wearing gloves and I washed my hands with soap in the restroom prior to eating.

My husband and I eat once daily. Last night at 6 PM we went to drive thru. Only one car ahead of us and one car inside the store. We waited a very long time to place order and get our food. We ordered 3 original crispy... chicken breasts , small side of gravy, and 4 biscuits . We each only ate one breast. At midnight I woke up very nauseous and soon began chills and sweating with vomiting. Every hour I woke to be sick and eventually had diarrhea at 6 am. . My husband woke at 7 am with same symptoms. I did report this to the OKC health department this morning at 8 am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
On Tuesday, 8/23, I purchased a double box of Cheerios Oat Crunch (cinnamon flavor) from here. I ate my first bowl at about 11:30 PM the night of Friday, 8/26. The following morning (10 AM on Saturday, 8/27), I was awakened by the urgent need to unleash... several torrents of diarrhea. It was an everything-must-go event. After that was done, I felt nauseous and had no appetite. At about 2 PM that afternoon, I had a bout of vomiting. I then spent the rest of the day in bed with nausea, a light fever, and body aches. I had additional, smaller bouts of diarrhea throughout the day and my second episode of vomiting at about 11 PM that night. The following few days I felt weak and depleted, eating predominantly crackers and bread. It wasn't until Wednesday, 8/31, that I had a normal p**p again, and not until Friday, 9/2, that I resumed a normal diet. I am pretty confident that the Cheerios were the cause of this joyous event given that everything else I ate on 8/26 was something I had already eaten multiple times before (e.g., the almond milk I had with the Cheerios was from a carton I'd used 2-3 times prior). All told, I didn't love the experience. Cheerios: not even once. #cheerios | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache, Weakness, Loss of Appetite

Today around 6:45pm, My husband bought three happy meals for our kids. Both of our boys are constantly vomiting but not our daughter. She ate everything except her fries. All 3 were the exact Happy Meal. Only our 2 sons got sick. Our daughter didn't and she... didn't eat the fries. Obviously it's the fries. Our son's have been healthy and fine until about 30-35 minutes after eating. My daughter brought her fries to me and they are barely cooked. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
2piece Tuesday Chicken Special Day 9/20/22 I bought (2) boxes. Ate 2 pcs for lunch, and the other (2) for dinner. Very early Wednesday morning 2am the loose stools started and became more liquid all day, and I had a bad “accident” in the car On my... way home from LB Blvd&Market, because I was denied to use a paid bathroom at a near by Laundrymat. I had to poop in a blanket, wipe and throw it in a dumpster😠.Thursday around noon my chest was tight/hurt until about 7pm.
Another visit I found “snot”/mucus looking stuff in the mashed potatoes. I have the receipt and froze the item from months ago. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chest Pain

I ate kale/Romaine lettuce (some pieces I picked out were brown/rotten). I had cucumber basil dressing. Something in the salad tasted unusually grainy, like dirt or char etc The floor in the entire eatery/dining room was filthy. (We've been many times before to the various locations and... never had a negative reaction immediately after like this time. We've been to this location several times over the past few months and each time the cleanliness of the facility (bathrooms, windows, doors, floors) is DE generatively worse sticky floors visible dirt crumbles all over & thick black residue (all along inner & outer edging of walls & door trim), finger prints/smudges on front doors, dirt & food all over from the front entrance throughout the dining room...That alone makes me question food safety... The picture of the food was from today. The pictures of the establishment were from our previous visit a few weeks ago--it was already filthy then and was only worse today so it appears they either don't clean very often/at all or they do a very superficial job... | Symptoms: Diarrhea
