Nausea, Vomiting After Lunch

Ate here for lunch yesterday around 1pm and was nausea and threw up last night, I believe here in fort mill That’s I really have other than cold chills and body aches along with the nausea still  | Symptoms: Nausea, Chills, Body Ache, Vomiting
