Food Safety Reports: Mountain Mike's Pizza, Schaefer Avenue, Chino, CA, USA

Ate 3 slices of pepperoni pizza on December 24th and nothing else that day, about 5 hours later I started vomiting till 7am. Vomited 38 times. Have had body aches, pains, the runs.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Body Ache, Other
