Came for a Nando’s last night had grilled chicken wrap (even writing this makes me feel sick) and early this morning woke up being sick all my food and also the other end (poo like a water stream) still happening and feeling really unwell  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
