We ordered a plain chow mein on Saturday 21st march 5pm. However my daughter woke up during the night throwing up and diarrhoea and my husband just had diarrhoea. The only thing they had in common was there dinner which they both ate chow mein  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
