We ordered a plain chow mein on Saturday 21st march 5pm. However my daughter woke up during the night throwing up and diarrhoea and my husband just had diarrhoea. The only thing they had in common was there dinner which they both ate chow mein  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

fisherman seaside favourites: king prawns - use by date the 5th February.
Cramping and nausea began after around an hour. Vomiting and diarrhoea around 15hrs from eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I bought a meal deal 2 days ago from here next to my work place. chicken and sweetcorn and ive been very sick, diarhea fever and serious body ache. still day 3 now and not feeling back on my feet  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache
