Monday October 14 purchased beef chimichonga and meatballs. That evening(2-3 hours) became ill with all the above for about 6 hours with intense stomach cramping. Pretty sure it was meatballs because chimi was shared and I was the only one sick. Second time from this loved store.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps
