Friend and I ate at the Fort Smith Arkansas Olive Garden for lunch around 2:30 pm on July 25, 2016. She got sick a couple hours later and I got sick last night. Chills, vomiting. We both had mixed drinks with our meal, both had salad, she had a dish with chicken and zucchini, I had lasagna.
