On February 6 at around 9:30 p.m, I went into Olive Garden feeling great. Had to send my food back because my order was wrong. Stomach pain started as I was leaving. Within the hour, I began having diarrhea and vomiting that continued for six hours. My stomach cramped and I couldn't eat without severe pain for 48 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
