We had take out from Olive Garden last night and I had the new chocolate lasagna and chicken fettichini alfredo. I was up all night with cramping/abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever. Today I am dehydrated and still cramping but most of the diarrhea seems to have passed but…

Initial onset started approximately 4 hours after having late lunch. Symptoms included Nausea, Diarrhea, and Vomiting for several hours. Got no sleep and also experienced fever and chills.
