Fettuccine Illness: Severe Symptoms

I got sick at the Olive Garden in Valencia CA and was in the hospital after 4 days of vomiting and diaherra and am still weak at home but recovering. I ate the fettucini and within a few hours I was very ill Even a small drink of water made me vomit and gave me diaherria.
