Had a leafy green chicken salad on Friday for lunch from Ollys. Sunday morning food posioning sickness started, puking, water diarrhea, terrible stomach pain, chills, headache. I know it was Ollys because it is the only food I ate differently from my family and they are not sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
