I had the trio special (chicken fajitas, salad and sopapillas) yesterday, January 21, 2018, around 2:00 p.m. I woke up early this morning with fever chills, a desire to vomit (though I haven't yet) and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
