Severe Cramps & Bloody Stool

Severe abdominal cramps immediately after eating. Bloody stool for the next 2 days. Extreme nausea and chills for the next week. 10 days later I am still not 100%. Still experiencing some abdominal issues!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bloody Stool, Chills, Cramps
