I got the beef dish on Friday early evening, that is all I ate on Friday. Woke up Saturday with diarrhea and within a couple hours I had severe and unbearable stomach cramps and vomiting. I had chills and a low grade fever and got to spend my birthday in the emergency room!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
