Got panda express to go to eat during my lunch break at work. Felt fine the entire day, after lunch started getting stomach pain. Left work early, threw up when I got gone and the rest of the night. Had diarrhea all day the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
