Slimy Lettuce Causes ER

Mediterranean sandwich had very slimy lettuce. I reported to manager who said he would make new sandwich or refund me. He handled it very professionally. I ended up going to TMC ER the next day after terrible nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
