Saturday July 13, 2024, I ordered Greek salad with chicken & bacon & an egg. Ate half of it. 3 hours later, severe vomiting and severe diarrhea for 24 hrs. Couple more days of Slight fever and headache, body aches and Major gastro issues.

Chicken Fettuccine, i ate it this afternoon and got sick at 3 am
