Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: Bakery
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several Weeks
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: Panera bread, Turkey avocado sandwich with cranberry orange loaf. Severe diarrhea for almost 2 weeks. Coworker also had it.
