On 7/10/18 I ordered a BBQ Chicken flat bread with a side ceased salad around 12 noon. When I got home at around 8pm I was vomiting with diarrhea, and bad chills on my body! Here I am the next day still with diarrhea. I have taken pepto but cannot seem to get my stomach normal again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
