Food Safety Reports: Papa John's Pizza, Wolseley Road, Saint Budeaux, Plymouth, UK

I have gotten very poorly 3 times now. Gives me diarrhoea, extremely bad stomach cramps and sometimes I vomit. This all happens hours after eating it. Mainly during the night after I've gone bed.
