After I ate my pizza. I went to sleep. When I woke up I had severe stomach pains for the majority of the day. After a few hours it released out of my mouth and butt. And I am still in pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
