Rapid Onset Pizza Illness

Within a few minutes of eating I had terrible gas and painful cramps. About 30 minutes later I rushed to the bathroom with a terrible bout of nausea and diarrhea. I have a very high metabolism and digest all food rapidly. Still cramping and nauseous.
Update: 1 day later and the symptoms are over.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
