Food Safety Reports: Papa Johns Pizza, Marigold Avenue, Poinciana, FL, USA

Not sure, A few hours ago. Papa John’s pizza. Ordered the box at twelve. I ate only two slices. Then in about an hour, my stomach hurt badly. Went to urgent care and have been informed I got food poisoned.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
