Pepperoni pizza and garlic butter sauce, I had Papa John’s late on Thursday night. Friday morning, I woke up early with severe nausea. Soon after, I started vomiting and had explosive diarrhea. It’s been 6 hours and I still have explosive diarrhea. I can’t even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
