Ordered chicken garlic pizza on 3/5/21
Cooked. About 4 hours later bad stomach cramps, nausea and chills. Gagging no vomiting at first. Then watery diarrhea. A week later getting better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Chills
