my wife and I both had the combo pizza. 3 am I started to get bloating and nausea. 6am it started to come up. It didn't stop until 1 pm today. Stayed in bed with chillies and vomiting. It's been 22 hours now just drinking water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills
