Chicken bacon artichoke pizza. Family of 6, the four of us that shared this pizza all ended up with diarrhea, stomach upset, and vomiting about 8 hours after eating dinner. The two in our family that did not eat it were fine. Symptoms lasted for 24 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
