8/28. Ate at 1130. Braised beef nachos. Split with my wife. Both fell ill at the same time 6.5 hours later. Wife has now been sick for 7 days. Including a trip to the ER. Restaurant not willing to even return phone calls and emails despite medical documentation of food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
