Sunday afternoon I had Shepards pie and roasted veggies and I felt a little off. I was at a friends and needed to leave abruptly when the nausea, sweating, dizziness set in. I have had diahrrea for 12 hours now. The projectile vomiting has ceased at this point, hopefully for good.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
