Pancakes Trigger Rapid Nausea

I got the simple pancakes at Paty's and ate them with butter and syrup. 2-2.5 hours later nausea set in real fast and I went to the bathroom and vomited. Felt better immediately afterwards, but still have some abdominal discomfort the next day
