Went to lunch with a co-worker had the traditional chicken lettuce wraps both ended up extremely sick once we got back to work it's the only thing we both had. It's been several hours and now I have this unbearable headache. Other people have been sick from eating their food as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache
