I ate Pad Thai shrimp at 7 pm on Nov 27, 2018. I didn’t eat anything else after that. This morning around 7 am, I was waken up with strong stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea. I still have the pain at 1 pm. I can’t eat anything. I have called the store and reported the issue too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
