I ate around 8:50pm. I got a pei wei spicy chicken salad. I started feeling really bad stomach cramps within a few hours. At 3am I have been vomiting and have diarrhea and finally subsided a bit and it is after 12 noon the following day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
