Chicken piccata with multiple mushrooms. I ordered chicken piccata. It was served with multiple sliced mushrooms. My husband also ate it but did not eat the mushrooms. Within an hour massive nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea and fever. Today is day two. Still diarrhea and fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
