Rare Beef Pho Illness

Ate rare beef pho. Both my husband and I got sick about 4 hours later and had the runs and vomiting for 8 hours. Found out afterwards that they had a few health code violations. I recommend looking those up in advance! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
