Ate a vegetarian sandwich from this restaurant and quickly felt nausea and queasy right after. Had to leave my grad school classes early and spent most of the night and the next day vomiting. Had to rest for 3 days straight. Tried to contact restaurant and had not response.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
