It has been about 6 months ago because I stopped eating Cheerios about 6 months ago. I just realized there was a place to report this, Honey Nut Cheerios (Tripotassium Phosphate) It happened every time I ate General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
