Thursday May 13th I had shawarma sandwich from there. Starting Friday late afternoon I got the chills and a bad stomach ache. Saturday vomiting, diarrhea, and chills had followed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Stomach Pain
